In January 2019
With our experience in manufacturing composites. At this point, we decided to establish a new assembly line for pickleball paddles.
In June 2021
With this purpose in mind tomeet the market demand, as one of largest pickleball paddle manufacturers, we have increased production capacity at 30,000-40,000 pcs monthly.

We use different density of honeycomb cores, low density or high density. We choose the correct honeycomb core for your pickleball paddles based on your request.

Yes, we can. We can make the pickleball paddles with carbon friction surface(CFS).
The 3D print is UV print on paddles, 3D means that the colors after printing on paddles are very high resolution and look nature, The paddle surface may appear to have a slightly raised texture with a subtle pattern of small ridges or dots because of layers of different inks, The patterns of 3D print may not be consistent. But the CFS(carbon friction surface-new technology on paddle) is consistent patterns on paddle faces.

We make the paddles, you pay for the USAPA samples, test fee,shipping cost and other expenses.We could also contact USAPA and fill out the test application docs for you.
